The mid-priced Yasei Pike Spinning has been specially developed for anglers who prefer to fish for large pike using spinning reels. Powerful enough to handle a wide range of lures and to successfully play large pike efficiently without being overwhelmed, both models are surprisingly lightweight and cast extremely well, making constant casting less tiring.
As soon as you handle one of the Yasei Pike Spinning models you will immediately feel the casting potential from the fast action blanks. With extra power in the lower section of both models, these really are highly tuned rods that will enable you to cover a lot of water, whether you are fishing from the bank or a boat.

The lightest and most versatile rod in the range is the 2.20m H (Heavy) which has a casting weight of 20-60g. This makes it a great rod for medium sized lures when paired with a 3000 sized reel. The slightly shorter length has the advantage of improved casting accuracy, especially when casting tight to reed beds and other fish-holding features.
The more powerful 2.50m EX (Extra Heavy) has a larger optimum casting weight of 40-120g. This will cover almost all pike lure sizes designed for the largest fish and when paired with a 4000, or compact 5000 sized spinning reel, produces a formidable casting combination that won’t be overwhelmed by outsized crank and swimbaits.

Both Yasei Pike Spinning models use a High Modulus Full Carbon blank built with Hi-Power X technology and Nano Alloy. This reduces blank twist when casting and playing fish, and in the lighter of the two models delivers a remarkable amount of response, enabling you to work crank- and medium swimbaits with great accuracy. In the strongest, most powerful model, the high quality blank construction reduces overall rod weight making it easier to use, whilst retaining the power necessary to handle the largest lures and the largest fish.
To further increase overall performance, the rods are fitted with the latest design Fuji Alconite K-type guides which are lightweight, but immensely strong and suitable for both braid and mono main lines.

In keeping with the high quality design, a Fuji IPS reel seat is fitted onto the custom-design split grip EVA handle giving this range a modern, eye-catching appearance that matches their brilliant fishing performance.
